Septic tank emptying in Elia

Elia is one of the longest sandy beaches on Mykonos, at the eastern end of the south coast, with Agrari just to the west and Kalo Livadi beyond the headland to the east. The slopes behind it hold large villas with sea views, a few resort hotels, and restaurants on the beach itself.

This far from town, most properties depend on septic tanks, holding tanks and wastewater treatment units. Larger villas and resorts often have more than one tank, and their treatment units need sludge removed regularly to keep working properly. We take care of the emptying, the sludge removal and the blocked drains that come with busy kitchens and full houses.

Elia is reached by a road that leaves the Ano Mera area and winds down the hillside to the beach. It is fine for a tanker, but it is narrow in places and it ends at the beach, so a truck that arrives at the wrong time can get boxed in by parked cars and buses. We plan Elia jobs for the morning, before the beach crowd arrives, and we know which villa driveways can take a loaded truck and which need a hose run from the road.

Being based in Marathi helps here: the route to Elia goes through Ano Mera, not through Chora's summer traffic. For emergencies we normally reach Elia within 1 to 2 hours.
