Private villas around a quiet bay
Agrari is a small, calm beach on the south coast, tucked between the much busier bays of Super Paradise and Elia. There is little here apart from the beach and the villas on the slopes around it, which is exactly why owners choose it. Many are second homes or high-end rentals, spread out along private driveways.
This far from town, each villa relies on its own septic tank, sealed holding tank or wastewater treatment unit, and some larger properties have more than one. We empty the tanks, remove sludge from treatment units so they keep working properly, and clear blocked drains when a full house pushes the system too hard.
Owners abroad, long driveways
Many Agrari owners live outside Greece and run their villa through a manager or caretaker. We are used to arranging access by WhatsApp, meeting the caretaker at the gate and sending a message when the job is done, so the owner knows the tank was emptied without having to be there.
Driveways here can be long, steep and partly unpaved. Agrari is on the same side of the island as Elia and an easy drive from Marathi, but the last stretch to each villa is different. A location pin and a short description of the drive help us bring the right truck and enough hose.

For villas that close in winter, the most useful visits are at the edges of the season: an emptying before the house shuts in autumn, and a check before the first guests in spring. In between, we can set a schedule around your bookings, and for emergencies we usually reach Agrari within 1 to 2 hours.
